It's really too bad. Windstream is a good company to work for. The funny thing, when Windstream started a little over a year ago they stated how proud they are that they have American call centers. BS now!

Yeah. What the hell happened to that? Oh well. Internet Nebraska is my ISP and still has local help desk people. I'd like to think people will switch to them because of that, but I bet people will stay with Windstream because they can offer lower prices for DSL.
