<description><![CDATA[Peppers300 posted : Not only is Optonline cheaper than FIOS with the same speed in certain areas but I have never expierenced 1 outage in over 7 years. NOT 1 OUTAGE. Speeds have always been constant. I have only been capped once a few years ago.]]></description>
