Cyberonic (DSL)
Earthlink (DSL)
dslreports.com has a DSL service locater that can give you an idea of what DSL providers might be available to you.
Depending on where you live, you probably have access to one or more of those providers who may be able to get you DSL even when AT+T isn't willing to.
Check if you have access to these cable providers too:

RCN (Cable)
A smart thing to do if you haven't already is to post in the AT+T Direct forum. They sometimes are able to pull strings that the AT+T web site and the telephone reps can't. | |
