Some of us live in an area where it is Windstream or nothing, period. So we make the best with what we have, and I suspect that figures into how well the company is run. The employees I have dealt with are, for the most part, very helpful and friendly. However, I had to call about billing last week and I waited 34 minutes before a human being came onto the line. This was in the middle of the afternoon, IIRC last Wednesday. That sort of behavior is unacceptable to me. But again... what other choice do I have? They are the only phone or internet provider in this area.
