The employees I have dealt with are, for the most part, very helpful and friendly. However, I had to call about billing last week and I waited 34 minutes before a human being came onto the line. This was in the middle of the afternoon, IIRC last Wednesday. That sort of behavior is unacceptable to me. But again... what other choice do I have? They are the only phone or internet provider in this area. -- A little pain never hurt anyone.
