well, corporations only care about bringing the masses to their products at first, and stick it too the previous customers. They think short term, only on the current, and not down the road when a customer might actually jump ship. They got their money, they don't care

LOL, its a wonder you buy from anyone then. I have yet to see *any* electronics that don't degredate in price over time.

It's funny. Apple leapfrogs conventional electronics sales methods by offering a feel-good free store credit...and you're saying that their customer service sucks. You can't have your cake and eat it too, I'm afraid.

Now why cant other companies do that? You know, those that throw a bone to new subscribers only whilst screwing over the loyal customers.
