well, corporations only care about bringing the masses to their products at first, and stick it too the previous customers. They think short term, only on the current, and not down the road when a customer might actually jump ship. They got their money, they don't care |

It's funny. Apple leapfrogs conventional electronics sales methods by offering a feel-good free store credit...and you're saying that their customer service sucks. You can't have your cake and eat it too, I'm afraid. |
