Stockton, CA | Seeing all the mortgage stuff..... I'm betting some people who bought houses recently then read the fine print on the loan, and/or suddenly lost a few grand in value are wishing they could get the seller to do this for them 
I'm betting within a week verbage will be changed in Cell phone contracts (lord knows they are already war and peace, so why not, eh) to cover this issue. Basically, you buy a phone and its on sale a week later? Ok, we'll give you the difference, but only up to 14 days after or something.
