Speakeasy service reads dsl reports and calls u
So I had posted here a few weeks ago and said that i was thinking about leaving Speakeasy to go to fios . This afternoon I got a call from a rep over at speakeasy to tell me they read my post and want to keep my as a customer. The first thing i can think to my self was wow. there is a reason why speakeasy has been known for having the best customer service and they showed it to me today. The rep offered to lower my rate and give me a discount on the voip. They also told me that ADSL2 is here and that I can sign up for it ( I had told him that the speed was another thing that I had a problem with) long story short I signed up for DSL2 and got a lower rate. I have never had an experience like this from a company. I want to say thank you to speakeasy and they once again went above and beyond.
Yeah, its true. I talked to someone at Speakeasy today that seems to really care about the customers. I know that one person can not make a company. But he was considerate, knowledgeable and passionate. It may have seemed like Speakeasy has been in a coma, but from the person I talked to on the phone today it sounds like they are ready to make a comeback.
