Look.. you said alot of things in your post(s) that simply are UNTRUE.
1) you lump EVERY person in prison the same. I have disclaimed many times that the hardened criminals are the worst - HOWEVER, OUR CONSTITUTION prevents us from becoming just as bad as them, but you simply don't care. WE DON'T TORTURE. END OF DISCUSSION. There IS NO discussion because our LAWS don't allow it. Look, if I knew with out a shadow of doubt that someone was a murdered, I'd love to see him pay just as much as much as anyone else.. but, we still don't torture.. you know why? Simply because.
2) People DO go to PRISON, not OVER NIGHT HOLDING CELLS, but PRISON for stupid things or is YOUR head stuck in your self centered world? In California, there was a three strikes law for many years. There ARE people serving life sentences for petty crimes.. think $3 worth of candy theft is a reason to lock someone up for life? Your approach destroys families and in all honesty, laws have to and need to make sense. Punishments need to fit the crimes as much as possible.
You'd rather see people hang. Too bad there isn't a law for stupidity.
3) The prison system, my uneducated friend, IS called the "department of CORRECTIONS".. also called "rehabilitation facilities"... what am I missing here? Please seek a GED.
4) You continually sit here and believe that everyone in prison is in fact not able to be rehabilitated... man, you are so mis-informed. While there certainly are many people in the system that are drags on society, but there are still many who aren't. They screwed up, did something stupid, and yes, even some petty crimes, due to over eager laws, do put low level criminals in prison. Should they all be put in a small box with no air or heat? (I can't even believe you said that) and sit to rot for 20 years with out stimulation of ANY kind? You DO realize what that does to the human brain don't you? Well, THAT was a dumb question - of course you don't. All you see is this world through some sort of messed up view that simply isn't true..
People commit crimes for various reasons.. some do so because they are messed up people, some do so because of oppression (or do you not pay attention to what's going on in the rest of the world?) .. there are many reasons for why people commit crimes...
It's apparent that people like YOU are the ones that are screwing up his country.. not me or my side bub. Your type places a single point of view on society and believes there is only one answer.. pitty.. and glad your breed is dying.

I swear to god for your sake that you aren't in the wrong place at the wrong time and get the treatment you so wish one everyone blanket. It is estimated that 3% of the prison population IS innocent and no guilty of the crime they were convicted of... think they deserve the treatment you want? Therefore, our civilized society disagrees with you. THANK GOD!
