TV Picture Going out... anything I can do?

Top half of picture looks like half the resolution lines are dimmed out.

Is there anything I can do about this?

does it do this for all inputs, RF, video?

I take it there are no adjustments for the tv?

good point.
i will try hooking it up via S-Video or composite video input from my satellite box.

i don't "think" i remember seeing this issue when watching via s-video from my DVD player.
