Gee...how many anti-BPL people here have been saying that without have to spend a lot of money on a study?
But try and read the report, there is a lot of information, and I think some workarounds.
And yes, we know that some people here do not care about users of the RF spectrum, just as long as they *might* have another source of internet access.
