That is some heavy reading

and I like the high flautin language such as "will cause unintentional RF emissions which may adversely affect the established radio noise floor directly, or by cumulative propagation from many such sources." Gee...how many anti-BPL people here have been saying that without have to spend a lot of money on a study?

But try and read the report, there is a lot of information, and I think some workarounds.

And yes, we know that some people here do not care about users of the RF spectrum, just as long as they *might* have another source of internet access.
