I think the forum was started in an ATT ISP section (based on some early posts in the forum) and was eventually "reorganized" under the VoIP umbrella. When they call me back, we have a normal connection and everything works fine. I've tried the power disconnect from the TA and wait 60 seconds then reconnect, but that does not change things.
