Oh you uptight Americans, so eager to ban all sexuality then dish it out only as some kind of reward under a sheet.<br><br>In case you didn't know, most people don't stay in prison until they die, it is in everyone's best interests to structure inmate time such that they have a system of learning responsible behavior, social and job skills, and to be rewarded for these accomplishments.<br><br>I hate to break it to you but if pron is what they want to watch, they'll consider it a reward, a motivational tool.<br><br>Treating human beings like crap doesn't teach them any lesson, only providing an example of how they will end up treating others once released.   No matter how much you want to hate someone that broke a law, in the end this kind of justifiable revenge just perpetuates the problem instead of finding a good solution that can return these inmates into society as contributing members instead of being put back in prison again where your tax dollars have to pay for it all.]]></description>
