In case you didn't know, most people don't stay in prison until they die, it is in everyone's best interests to structure inmate time such that they have a system of learning responsible behavior, social and job skills, and to be rewarded for these accomplishments.

I hate to break it to you but if pron is what they want to watch, they'll consider it a reward, a motivational tool.

Treating human beings like crap doesn't teach them any lesson, only providing an example of how they will end up treating others once released.
