I have been with this company for DSL for about 4 years now and I have had nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE. I have never had an outage at all. There speeds are very well price for me working for another DSL Company. There is a topic in here in here with Connection Problems. Have you made sure that the connections for the Jack for a direct line for your DSL wiring is very good? Wires to seem to go out alot
