speakeasy speedtests wonky?

BigSensFan Premium join:2003-07-16 Whitby, ON	speakeasy speedtests wonky? Anyone else having issues with Speakeasy's speed test? I am finding it is only reading my Upload around 515 or so. Wheras when I goto cogeco's I get 676

MacGyver Don't Waste Your Energy Premium,ExMod 2003-05 join:2001-10-14 Canada kudos:1	Not uncommon due to congestion on routes going to the US. That's why it's best to use a speedtest near you. I'd bet that if you tried the speakeasy tests at 5am on Sunday morning they would give more accurate results.

BigSensFan Premium join:2003-07-16 Whitby, ON	This is the first time I have noticed this consistently though. I always check on chi.speakeasy.net (chicago is a major net hub) It has been like this (low uploads) for a couple days now.

ablatt join:2001-08-03 Toronto, ON	reply to BigSensFan I have found that some Bell segments are better than others. If you reboot your modem you sometimes get put on another one. You can tell by IP address of the modem's WAN connection.
