I have done my calculations on my own personal browsing habits.
I downloaded this program and started seeing where my MB goes on a daily basis.

On a weekly basis I'll be downloading anywhere from 500MB to 1.5GB from the xbox marketplace (demos, arcade and movies). It really all DEPENDS on how much stuff they release.
On a weekly basis I'll be downloading anywhere from 1.5GB to 2.5GB from the playstation store. (trailers, demos). It all really depends on how much stuff they release. Trailers tend to be the biggest culprit, since they are all 1080P clips.
On a DAILY basis, my average net download (youtube, digg, 4chan, reddit, slashdot, gamestop, gametrailers) is about 150MB to 300MB. If I go crazy on youtube and gametrailers , it can go up to 700MB , but thats like once a week.
So this is my weekly tally up till now, using the high values: 4GB(consoles) + 2.80GB (daily browsing) = 6.80GB.
That means I have only 3.2GB left for porn :-(
