Akron, OH		3com nbx conference issues

We have 3 sites, nbx100, ss3,v3000, all running R6, when we try to conference call between sites when third party is added the call drops, and ideas of a starting place to look.

San Marcos, CA		 Can you provide more info on the network?

Are you using VTLs?
T1 between the sites?

Is the NBX 100 Dialing a phone number to reach the V3K or are you dialing the extension?
