You buy apple, you get apple. That's it.. it's funny because the very group of people that purchase and swear loyalty to apple product are usually the same group that profess their anger towards others who try to monopolize the market and rope the consumer into one product.
Here, the apple users see apple as a choice while forgetting that apple is a one trick pony.
I don't bash apple.. they do good at some of the things they do and short fall on others. Of the MP3 players, I tend to like the iPod but I do not like the fact that the batter is not user replaceable.
But, when I look at the two technologies, I'd rather take the "other sides" products over the iProduct any day simply because there is more choice attached to it.

| How many years did it take apple to realize that their one minded model was going to last? Still, it's the "next" release.. Now.. let's talk about hardware.. and supporting middleware.. the apple store.. etc.
