Not much

I guess we'll go with about 3 GB/month. It varies quite a bit. Normal life interferes with my internet life.

I'd be willing to pay per GB. I suspect my bill would go down, but I'd want the speed to go up. For both upload and download. WITH A PRESET CAP! I wouldn't want to find out some stupid little program or virus maxed out my connection and all of the sudden I owe the ISP $700. Just like the iPhoney fiascoes.
