Need interpretation help

Ok, so cutting through all that floating point, integer junk; I wanted to know how cpu's compared on ACTUAL crunching. Do I understand this right ???

x2-3600=1.9ghz Dual
q6600=2.4ghz Quad
x2-6000=3.0ghz Dual
With all things being RELATIVE concerning the type units they are using...

-Obviously, this implies that core vs core the 1.9ghz amd outcrunches the intel 2.4 ghz ?

-additionally, and more importantly interesting...
the x2-6000rating of 219 (x2)cores yields 438
the q6600rating of 134 (x4) cores yields 536
536/438= +22%

-meaning that the q6600 quad ONLY crunches 22% more than the
x2-6000 dual ?

Am I all confused or do you agree with the interpretation of this data ?
