Re: Double billed and STILL wants more I didn't get double billed, but I did get billed an international rate for a domestic call. After applying online for the credit and not receiving a response, I emailed Vonage customer service for the 2nd time and was told to put in for the credit again and give it 72 hours for a response. I did so and got an error message that the call in question was already denied for a credit. Now I'm emailing them back and will place a call to them tomorrow to find out why.  |
