Looking on their coverage maps, the areas that even show "moderate" coverage we have zero signal. I have been working with them to do network tests, etc but nothing. My wife is ready to drop them soon.

Brooklyn, NY | Ditto ditto. This morning I got dropped four times during a single call. The service has been crappy for the past three or four months now. My family and I are seriously looking at alternatives even though we've been with Cingular for nearly three years. |
