price per gig will never work

it wont bother the lite users at 1st but they heavy downloaders will drop there isp after the 1st months bill, then they will jump on there neighbors wifi and all will be well for a month or 2 then the neighbors will say the hell with this and cut there internet. Yea people are addicetd to the internet but with all the switching of isp's to try and get the best price its gona hurt the big guys
