| TeleBlend Not Working after 2 mo.
Signed on w/TeleBlend on 7/21 from SunRocket. Trouble tkt on 7/29 (calls go through, but not voice packets) - total of 4 tkts for same problem until CSR finally combined into one on 9/2. Problem continues as of today (9/12) & still no response from tech support. TB billed 2 mo. for NO service & does not allow disabling of autobill online nor cancellation!
Fed up w/TeleBlend & taking cable offer. I was big on VOIP & SunRocket but now soured on VOIP. Too bad... lots of friends/family waiting to see how it worked out. It will take a long time to convince me or them to try it again. |
