kudos:18 | Until a actual invoice is seen, this story should be removed There is no proof that the total bill will increase by $5.00 dollars or if there will be an itemized charge that shows $5.00 of the new billing going to the fee, but not actually increasing the original total since the email can be read two different ways.
I still believe in benefit of a doubt, until all the facts are actually in place. Otherwise it is speculation at best.

I remember a year or so ago when I saw you had posted some info on my service (at the time with EarthLink), it helped resolve my issue.
You seem to know quite a bit about the company and it's policies...more than a lot of the outsourcerers. Lol!
On another note, there will be a lot of hugs and tears come Friday as a lot of my pals are seeing their last day at The Link in Atlanta.
