| DVR messed up? I DVR'd a few shows Monday and Tuesday. I didnt watch them.
Today, we lost power for about 1min or so.
Things came back up fine...or so I thought.
I went to play any of the shows I recorded and each one is listed but when I select any of them, I get a dark grey screen that shows channel 9999 and nothing will play.
I cant imagine that a simple 1min loss of power can wipe out DVR? - that never happened with TW's equipment.
Its odd. My shows are all there but I cant watch them.
I called u-verse support. Level 1 - no help. Transfers me to level 2 (INDIA??) and I cant even hear the guy..so I hung up.

| Unplug everything for 60 sec then try again after it all comes back online - may take 10min so just walk away after powering up everything. |

| Yea, I did that. I got most of my stuff back, but one show was stated as 1h and 4mins into it...it said FINISHED
and then gave me options to erase or start over etc.
But that only happened 1 time. Since Wed, any DVR we have done seems to work fine. I also put my tv and STB on a beefy new UPS to prevent any loss of AC. We dont loose power here much but it cant hurt.
