I can confirm this is available in the suburbs. I live in unincorporated Aurora and signed up tonight at the AT&T store in Oswego. If I hadn't brought in a copy of the article I wouldn't have gotten it though. I was given a due date of September 25th.

My last foray into DSL didn't go so well. I'm hoping things will work out better this time. I'm willing to take the chance now that my Concast promotion expired.
