That's just the problem. Google doesn't yield much help and what I found was dated. The malware removal pros can be found in the cleanup forum and they would be better prepared to help you rid yourself of the infection. |

| You might want to download an application called "Unlocker". It'll let you kill the process handle and delete the file, or you may delete the file on next reboot.
It's handy.
