Has anyone ever heard of this trojan? My sister's computer has it and we can't remove it.

Backdoor.LookSpy removal
Spyware LookSpy Information
Name: Backdoor.LookSpy
Category: Backdoor
Date: 2003-10-15
Coded in: Visual Basic
Dangerous: Yes
Backdoor.LookSpy is Backdoor which is malware.
Installing it is highly not recommended.

This Backdoor is also known as:
•Backdoor/LookSpy - named by Computer Associates.
• SERVIDOR - named by o.
• Win32/LookSpy trojan - named by Eset.

>> Delete Backdoor.LookSpy automatically - Download SpySweeper

Manual Backdoor.LookSpy removal:
Kill process 204ab191.exe
Delete file 204ab191.exe
Nod32 has a online scan now that is free and removes viruses, spyware, etc free also i would give that a try or as it claims spy sweeper.

That's just the problem. Google doesn't yield much help and what I found was dated. The malware removal pros can be found in the cleanup forum and they would be better prepared to help you rid yourself of the infection.

Thanks guys, I tried Kaspersky and it wasn't able to remove it. Spy sweeper is the one that I have not tried yet. I will repost on the Security Cleanup forum as well.

Thanks Again

You might want to download an application called "Unlocker". It'll let you kill the process handle and delete the file, or you may delete the file on next reboot.

It's handy.
