Reality

What % of the "suburban neighborhood" is "holding their breath for 120Mbps". It would take multiple systems WFO to come close to consuming this bandwidth. Most businesses don't have this. I also don't believe the majority of content source feeds will deliver it.

Point is moot because of chicken and egg. Of course no one is providing a service that no one is capable of using because of infrastructure constraints. When speeds increase to 120Mbps no one will be offering source feeds of 120Gbps either.

The reality is that if 99% of Americans had access to 2Mps/1Mps at affordable prices and half of us had access to 30Mps/10Mps nearly all of us would be jumping for joy!
