Cox is at least in the top 5. One thing to note though is the gain in CenturyTel....usually the ONLY choice for a given area because they serve the sticks. Two areas in Missouri I can think of are just west of St. Louis(St. Charles County) and the Columbia area. I came across a report that stated around 80% of customers are capable of receiving DSL. I give them props for this, beings they are mostly a "rural" carrier. They have also rolled out ADSL2+ providing copper customers with "up to 10" down. New subdivisions in Missouri are getting fiber to the home with a 15 down tier available. -- Ofallon, Mo Weather ,
