Pot calling kettle black - Google sues all the time Google posted a comment to their blog stating that: "It's regrettable that Verizon has decided to use the court system to try to prevent consumers from having any choice of innovative services. Once again, it is American consumers who lose from these tactics." Seems like Google uses the courts all the time when it suits their purposes. It is a little disingenuous for them to whine about Verizon using the courts to protect their interests. »www.google.com/search?num=100&hl···G=Search -- -- Internet News My BLOG My Web Page |

 | VZ is simply protecting their investment...with their infrastructure in place...why should they share the billions they spend on spectrum with others...if Google wants to play the wireless game, then they need to play like everyone else. IMHO. |

Zoder join:2002-04-16 Miami, FL | The FCC rules has nothing to do with sharing their spectrum with other companies. It's about allowing consumers to use any wireless phone they want instead of just the carrier approved models. It also will prevent them from crippling or blocking applications you run on your phone. |
