I'm in Ottawa as well and I was downloading at 520 kBps last night.
Maybe we need to put those rumors to rest, can someone setup a tracker with say a 100 Meg file to download ?

We could post it here and all the users on DSLR could seed (at near the max upload speed) during those hours.
