| problem with 3CWER100-75
Have officeconnect 3CWER100-75 router. My ISP provided me with modem for internet and its configuration dosent need to do anything. few days ago i cant access the internet both ways wired or wireless. In command prompt after typing Ipconfig /all i get no DNS before i got an address which beging with 83.xxx.xxx.xxx now nothing. I tried reseting the router the modem even reinstalled windows but no use. called the ISP if there was something from their side but they said no.
Any help will be appreciated.

| The obvious things I can think to ask are:
1) Is the PC getting an address at all from the router? (Or is it just DNS which is missing?)
2) Can you log into the router's web interface? Can you ping the router from the PC?
3) If you can get into the router's web interface does it have any diagnostic tools? If so, any use?
4) If you attach a PC directly to the modem (make sure firewall is on!) without going through your router does it get an address/DNS server correctly?
