Here in Crestview hills I'm getting speeds about 880 down and 430 up. Any way to check why this is so low? I'm a bit new to this, and so don't really understand - all help much appreciated! |

I do not have Zoomtown but I do live very close to you.
I have seen an armada of Cincinnati Bell trucks (seriously, over ten of them at times) all lined up and blocking lanes of KY-1303 (turkeyfoot) for the past two days. There were large bundles of orange cable and feeds going down into the ground in many locations.
This is, ironically, right in front of the Insight headend off of Barnwood drive. My friend up the street who has Zoomtown has never gotten more than 800kbps, which is the main reason I never tried the service.
Something big is happening up there is all I know, and I think it isn't out of the question to believe it could be affecting you also. Best bet would be to call up and hope you get some kind of straight answer. |
