Yeah! Those trucks only roll when there is trouble! They never roll trucks to hook up service, or do upgrades. The ONLY time that you see a charter truck is when they roll on trouble calls. What I'm trying to say is that there are other reasons for Charter to roll a truck out than for just trouble calls. We can't just turn on the service from the office like the LEC can.
