Yea... Verizon is certainly holding up to that standard, now aren't they?

Their prices are going up, they are rearing their ugly head with customer service issues (being they are the same customer service as always)... the only difference between the two company is one is fiber, one is fiber/coax.

Keep buying into the hype. It goes much deeper then you think.. If you're to blind or stubborn to search out correct information then that's on you.

This very website has been reporting price increases, poor billing practices, botched installations, and more...

Care to retract your statement now?

Verizon is still Verizon.. FiOS is not a company, it's a product of the company called VERIZON.. I guess the classic company, Verizon, treats the copper customers poorly but the fiber side of the business the customer is treated better?
