Easley, SC		Very SLOW speed

I use a Siera Wireless Aircard 580. In the Greenville SC area, my connection is so slow the speed test cant get the download file without timing out. WE do not have EVDO in this area yet. Other than waiting for tower upgrade, any suggestions?
