<description><![CDATA[youngmoore posted : Its not on my line its at the the hand off at the CO of who ever WS buys their bandwidth through.  Basically oversold.<br>One user bitching isn't going to get them to buy another DS3.<br>I agree it shouldn't be that high but it does get that way.<br>I would have to do some tracert's to see who the handoff network is but like I said I don't see them doing anything about it.<br><br>Thanks for the reply.<br>ym]]></description>

We can go through the basic troubleshooting to see if we can see if there is a line/network problem and possibly get that fixed for ya.
