If such silliness were to become law I say we follow it to the letter and click like mad on all the adverts (just don't do it on my site). Maybe we have a national advert day. Go to some site you like and click away. The advertisers would go broke and they'd realize the model is also broke.

And yes I have ads on my site to help pay for my site but if I don't make enough to pay for the site I'll pay for it myself. The ads aren't the point of my site there just happens to be a way to get help paying for my site (of course Google is making all the money).
