stupid price...

Couldn't you just BUY a VOIP line for your home.. some plans are even as low as $15 for the YEAR (skype). Aol matches this price for $15 per month... it seems sprint would have to do better than that, considering they are already ROBBING you deaf dumb and blind already for the cellular minutes.

sprint has to figure out someway to recover all that $$$ they are going to have to give back to customers for over charging.

How do you get Sprint is robbing anybody, Sprint is one of the cheapest cell phone providers out there. You can get 500 anytime minutes, 7pm N&W, unlimited data and text for only $30 a month with Sprint, no other provider comes close. Not to mention, $15 is cheap for unlimited home calling. That's $45 a month for a phone that's portable and now reliable at home. Not a bad price.

Hmm, just checking out the plans.. that deal is nowhere to be had on the sprint NEXTEL phones.. could you provide a link?

Plans @ 500/min are $60 a month.. and you probably have to choose or buy into 7pm or free incoming for an extra charge. Unless your talking about employee friends and family deals, or promotion maybe?

If sprint would only lower the price of their phones.. they haven't cut prices (overpriced motorola sh*t) in over a year for some models.

I still stand by what I said, you could buy a voip service at home and use your own wireless phone. No need to pay sprint any more money. AT&T & former Bellsouth both tried this and failed miserably.. sprint would be better positioned to put their efforts in getting better & cheaper phones to its customers.

Yeah but you have the advantage of leaving your home while engaged in a call by handing into the existing network. Name me one VoIP carrier that can do that!!
