Well sure. Those *other* ISP bastards are running bots and eating up my bandwidth when those bots attack my customers but I'm sure as hell not going to invest any of my resources to remove those bots on MY network. . .
How many times do we read in the security forum that ISPs are notified a customer on their network is spewing crap from a zombie PC and they do nothing?
