Before you talk about 'fixing' something, you ought to explain what is 'broken' about it.
Exactly. It is those batch registry/file "cleaners" which are very likey to put a PC in a state of needing to be fixed.
As for CCleaner I have reinstalled Windows twice for a friend who used it twice. I told him if he uses it again he's on his own. -- God is the problem.
