Re: Phew! Good thing they're on top of it! True... but the whole file trading, even USENET and FTP "scene" if you will is based on the idea that people will upload and share.
If everyone was just a downloader (leech) then the whole thing would die out on it's own accord. You can't download anything if there's not people uploading it first.
