| Get ready for the whining.... I am just waiting for the first Apple cultist to start complaining that they will release a 3G model. So how much do you think they are going to demand from Apple this time around?
The Apple devotees will really start to get a shock now that Apple is in the phone business. It's a whole new world.... |

1 edit | I can see the ads now.
Old iTouch not cutting it? Friends not impressed anymore? Feel left out of the iTouch sewing circle?
No need to whine or soil yourself over feeling ripped off because for a short time only, you the followers of iApple can trade up. YES TRADE UP I SAID!
Give us your tired 3 month old phone, the rebate, plus $200 and you will receive not only the latest greatest iPhone but also receive a picture of Steve iJobs signed by his barber.
It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
Edit* Humor disclaimer not an actual iApple Ad. |

| reply to ptrowski I have to say I liked the iPhone, but didn't want to spend the money yet. Now with the price drop I was thinking ok, I will get one now. Now I would rather wait to get a 3G version when it comes out. I wonder what is after that?
Then I thought ok, I will get an iTouch since it seemed just like the phone but sans the phone capabilities. Now it seems that there is a BIG difference in quality, so there goes that theory.
I was suprised when Apple gave the fanboys $100 in credit for their whining. I wonder what they will want now, Jobs's first born? -- "A religious war is like children fighting over who has the strongest imaginary friend."

Oh I understand that. I just think the Apple boys will have an overwhelmingly hard time accepting that Jobs is actually in place to make a profit, not BE a prophet. -- "A religious war is like children fighting over who has the strongest imaginary friend."

| reply to ptrowski Nothing wrong with the iPhone but the cult like status bestowed on Apple is humorous and by the looks of things Steve iJobs has mastered the art of the fleecing of the sheep in 2007.
Early adopters get exactly what they have coming to them, price drops, upgrades etc... -- When in doubt read the Help File. |
