Bell is the one deciding what profile limit should the ISP have and for residential, it's 5 meg.<br><br>And the lucky ones who have a profile more than 5 meg are, well, lucky ;), Bell made a mistake and changed their profile.<br><br>So Bell is the one controlling the profiles.]]></description>
