I cannot see how to order CIA for Gatineau, it doesnt even allow Quebec to be selected.

Ottawa, ON		 I would not recommend CIA/3Web to anyone. In my experience customer service is terrible.

@carleton.ca		 I used CIA before, sure you couldnt get ahold of anyone, but their service was pretty decent.

Dry DSL is going to be expensive

Hrmm, My bad, looks like CIA does not offer Cable in QC, only DSl..
