I cannot see how to order CIA for Gatineau, it doesnt even allow Quebec to be selected.

I would not recommend CIA/3Web to anyone. In my experience customer service is terrible.

I used CIA before, sure you couldnt get ahold of anyone, but their service was pretty decent.

Dry DSL is going to be expensive

Oricom has a CAP.. Le Sigh

Hrmm, My bad, looks like CIA does not offer Cable in QC, only DSl..
