| DSLX great, but ATT leaves a lot to be desired
Since switching from ATT Yahoo to DSL Extreme, all the line problems which ATT has have become more obvious. After 4 tries to lay it on an inside wiring problem, they finally admitted that they had to restring 2 major cables in my neighborhood to give me a clean signal. Of course, they also disconnected my alarm system in the process, but they will fix that tomorrow (we hope). I finally have a consistent 2500+ throughput and a clean dial tone. |

| I am glad to hear that AT&T was finally able to isolate the problem and get it resolved. Hopefully they will be able to restore the alarm system and you won't have any further issues.
One of the biggest benefits of having service with DSLExtreme is that we coordinate and work with AT&T directly to resolve any line issues. Our support team is very persistent as I am sure they were in your case to get things fully resolved.
