tipstir posted : Sals in South Windsor was suppose to be a NY Pizza House then I find out they're not. The Pizza slice look like NY slices but the taste is not the same. Again none of them can get New Style Pizza to taste right, better off driving to the The Bronx or Yonkers area just pick one up at a real Italian Pizza place. Or better yet venture to Bayridge Brooklyn and get it there! When I am in the NYC area I usually just get 2 or more pies and stick it back here in the deep freezer.

mookster posted : I just stumbled upon a new pizza place in manchester called Mulberry Street Pizza. Apparently he had some hand in Randy's Wooster St Pizza in Manchester when it first opened, but it didn't work out from what I hear. So he opened his own place on south main heading towards glastonbury, near Royal Ice Cream, and I he's working on moving into a building on main street proper. Great new haven style thin crust pizza with lots of original menu items. It's on my list now, that's for darn sure!
