A possible crime increase as idiots whip out their laptops and be on their cell phones and get knocked over the head and robbed?
NYC subways is not the place to break out a laptop or talk extensively on the phone.
Edit: Before I get flamed for not living in NYC, I was born and raised there and left 4 years ago for life and a home in the 'burbs.
