They have endangered our society.

The teleco's, (SBC and Verison), have endangered the very fundamental underpinnings of our society.

Access to this information without court supervision (warrent) should have never even been considered.

Imagine some select group of people which has unfettered access to every telephone and email exchange in the US. What advantages could one gain with access to such information??

Untraceable insider stock trades, unannounced merger info, blackmail opportunities(including federal judges).

This corrupting temptation is almost beyond comprehension.

Exactly. All these people think that absolute power is ok since our government is "good".
A human being is a human being- nobody is immune to corruption that power can bring.

The constitution included the bill of rights for a reason.

The constitution included the bill of rights for a reason.
And yet, with all that has happened lately to our freedom, liberty and loss of Rights.

It appears we no longer have the ballz or are unwilling to step up to the plate and stand up for ourselves and reclaim our Rights and America. The Constitution is very clear on who owns America, it sure as hell ain't politicians.

We can quote this Countries Founding Fathers famous words until pigs fly, doing so, however will not make a difference. Action speaks louder than words.

When Bush and his Republican henchmen get done trashing the Constitution. It will be very easy for the Democrats to ban the 2nd Amendment without any opposition, because, by then the 10th Amendment will be worthless.

We are ever so slowly going from citizens to subjects. The only reason the frogs are not jumping out of the boiling water(revolting), is due to the fact, we are so pre-occupied sniffing the sh*thole called Iraq, along with Osama Bin Laden, Iranian leader Iminajihad. Most sheeple do notice the degree difference day by day.

The weasels (politicians) of both parties are guarding the hen house here at home, where fascism, socialism and communism is the order of the day. We are lapping their rhetoric up like there is no tomorrow, as we behave as their shoe shining stepandfetchit.

How can politicians promise security to a country(Iraq) overseas when the security of our own borders are wide open and ignored. Yup the New World Order is here and finally taking shape. Must be the NWO, Bush's old man talked about so often

As for Religion, Islam is the fastest growing Religion in the world today. If one cares to find out how peaceful Islam really is, go up to any "peaceful" Muslim present in America and slam Islam, using the very same tone Christians get slammed today. I double dog dare ya. They won't be a peaceful "sleeper cell" for very long.

Islam is going to become the One World Religion under the One World Government. Convert or die is their motto and belief.

Communism = communists have all the guns.
Socialism = We don't have all the guns Yet.

I know buried within your snide remark is sarcasm. While I hope whomever is elected fixes this country, I got a sad feeling they wont. As long as Americans are dumb as a doornail and buy the crap politicians sell, the right and left will continue to get away their misbehaviors. The magnitude of these "misbehaviors" can range from mispending our money to outright stripping away our rights, as we've seen. Either way, all they have to do is toss out a few buzz words and the idiots in this country shut off their brains. It's very sad that it has come to this, but it's more than true. Scare people into thinking the big bad terrorist is out there, and politicians literally have free reign on doing away with the foundation of this country. If people don't start thinking for themselves and demanding accountability, future generations are seriously going to be paying for our downright ignorance. As it stands, the U.S. is not far off from those countries we call enemies. After all, they spy on their citizens, toss people in jail without charges, torture, and go about the same things this current presidency seems to deem acceptable. When you become like those who you fight, you are no better. Sadly, I think we might even be worse at this very moment.

As for Hilary or whomever changing things, time will tell. Let's hope for the best and prepare for the worst. All I know is I'll never vote Republican. They seem to think the lives of our soldiers are downright expendable. With their six years of running Iraq with complete control, they solved nothing, and invaded the wrong country. Not to mention, almost every one of them voted for the Patriot Act and these current laws. In a two party system, you pick the lesser evil. Democrats (around 62-66 total), at least had a strong minority speak out against said legislation. In my mind, that counts for something, even if its not much. Let's face it, a third party won't be winning. so you better chose the one who at least has some gumption.

Um....

Go Slam any fundamentalist Christian in the South and see the tone they take as well. The pot shouldn't call the kettle black. You obviously haven't read my posts about Christianity being the worst purveyor of murder and genocide in history. In recent times, the Christians murdered 100-200,000 Muslims in Bosnia. If you so forgot, Christianity makes up 1.5 billion and Islam 1.2. Obviously, you just don't get it. Ignorance breeds ignorance, and your comments smell of it. You go and bash ANYONE's religion and they won't be peaceful. What kind of stupid talk is that to accuse those who practice Islam or any faith to be different. I am sure if I walked up and cussed your mother or father out, you wouldn't idly sit by and watch. Hence, all people would react to such a situation. Therefore, cut the crap, and speak some reality. Islam is no more violent than Christianity has been. If you want to go pound for pound, Christianity has had more genocidal events and murder in history than Islam. What's that say for things? Obviously, if I go by that logic, all Christians are murderers and telling them that to their face should not anger them, right? After all, the Christian Bible says love thy neighbor.. We all know how much they love gays and blacks historically.. now don't we?

Islam Crescent Design for Flight 93 Memorial OUTRAGEOUS!

»crescentofbetrayal.com/

Forthcoming in August 2007, a new book from World Ahead Publishing, Crescent of Betrayal, describes the many Islamic and terrorist memorializing elements in the winning Crescent of Embrace design for the Flight 93 Memorial. Most importantly, a person facing directly into the half mile wide central crescent (still present in the superficially altered Bowl of Embrace redesign) is facing almost exactly at Mecca. A crescent that Muslims face into to face Mecca is called a mihrab and is the central feature around which every mosque is built.

Author Alec Rawls started investigating the crescent site-plans after the winning design was unveiled in September 2005, and spent much of 2006 trying to get the Memorial Project to come to grip with his findings. Every element of the entire crescent design turns out to be a typical mosque feature, realized on the same epic scale as the half-mile wide central crescent. The minaret-like Tower of Voices part of the memorial turns out to be a gigantic Islamic prayer-time sundial. There are 44 memorial glass blocks em-placed along the flight path, exceeding the number of our murdered heroes by the number of their murderers. And on it goes, for over a hundred pages of Mr. Rawls 300 page exposé.

Architect Paul Murdochs crescent design is only the beginning of the crescent of betrayal. Murdochs emergence is actually the easy part of the story to understand. We hosted an open design competition in time of war. Of course the enemy would enter, and try to win a memorial to their heroes instead of ours. What is harder to explain is the year and a half now that the Memorial Project has spent avoiding and then covering up Murdochs plot. Those charged with memorializing the flight that fought back have struggled mightily to defend and protect their hijacker.

The truth avoiding behavior of the Memorial Project is itself part of a much larger phenomenon. Important parts of our society are only willing to see what they think it is in their interest to see. This failure to trust in truth creates a divorce from reality that allows people to think they are doing right, even as they twist all the way around to directly abetting our terrorist enemies. The same thing is happening on every terror war issue.

The New York Times has been directly abetting our terrorist enemies by publishing illegal leak after illegal leak of the nations top secret terrorist surveillance methods. Democrat leaders in Congress are striving with all of their power to surrender Iraq to Iran and to al Qaeda, even as the Iraqi people are rising up en masse to drive al Qaeda out. The Iraq war is lost and the Democrats will pick up Senate seats because of it, says Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, as he works feverishly to de-fund the war in time to insure these outcomes.

'Embrace Islam' Bin Laden urges
7 September 2007

A new video tape purportedly made by al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin
Laden has urged the American people to embrace Islam in order to
stop the war in Iraq.

Unnamed US officials said they believed the speaker, who makes no
overt threats against the US, was indeed Bin Laden. It is his first video
in three years.

What is the common story line here. Ummm.. Oh yeah, they are all radical islamic muslims.

I would elect to have my head cut-off rather than follow after the false religion/cult of Allah, the moon god. Besides, no thank you UBL...I've made my choice...Its Jesus Christ of Nazereth...the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob!
said by jc10098:

Actually Islam requires Muslims to kill Jews and Gentiles, wherever Muslims find them. Muslims started killing Jews first then Christians.

Perhaps reading the "peaceful" Islamic Koran(handbook guide on how to commit murder in the name of allah).»quod.lib.umich.edu/k/kor ··· wse.html

I would be interested, if you can show me where in The Holy Bible, Jesus teaches or instructs his faithful to kill, as the religion of Islam does.

Yet you let YOUR ignorance shine through by bashing Religion right off the bat. Your fervor and support of Islam reeks quite badly. Do you always equate muslim = religion? When muslim was mentioned in a post. I viewed it as a generic term for Arabic nationality. It appears as if you are solely interested in attack religion and not the persons actually responsible, looking at this from a religious angle. What is apparent, is you're a muslim.

9/11 and the tragedy which happened at the twin Towers and other places that awful day was committed by Islamic fundamentalist not Christians.

No, it's a thousand times more violent, pound for pound.

Does not bother me one bit. Nor do the majority of Christians react violently and declare Jihad. You go tell a Muslim all Muslims are murderers. See how badly you get maimed, if you can make it back at all.

Jesus taught, love each other,as I have loved you.
said by jc10098:

It's not that Christians hate gays. Gays hate to hear homosexuality is a sin in the eyes of God. Condemn the sin, not the sinner. I do not have to condemn anyone, Jesus has said those who do not believe in the truth are condemned already. BTW what does your beloved Islam say about gays?

Black people? Historically those who hate blacks are not Christian to begin with. Better get glasses, because you have trouble seeing the wolves in sheep clothing. Thanks for derailing the thread from its intended topic ace. As you addressed no points I tried to make in my post, other than attacking religion.

Also information on opposing parties to be used in election campaigns; voter information to be used to influence elections; personal data to be used to investigate or frame anyone who is inconvenient for them; "scrubbing" data on themselves and their allies; and more I can't think of right now.

And yet, it pales in comparison to the ATROCITIES that the Christians have done. Amazing.

You just gave a long time line of Islam that proves nothing other than Muslims went to War. Care to share the Christian Timeline that shows the same? Let's not forget the Crusades. An estimated 9 million were killed during this. While half were Christians, the other half were not. Christians, carry out this act either way. Let's not forget the Spanish Inquisition with the convert or die motto. Then more recently, The Baptist, Catholic, Methodist Church support Hitler in exterminating 6 million people. Then in 1995, the Bosnian Serbs killing 1-200,000 Muslims and burying them in mass graves. Nice timeline, but it pales in comparison to the blood on the Christian's hands. Therefore, I am to conclude Christians are equally Terrorists to Muslims. Since you wish to call all Muslims Terrorists, then All Christians Must be so, too. Pound for Pound, Christians have killed more people than Muslims in TERORISTIC acts.
