[TB] Just when I thought I was out, they dragged me back in

I logged into my CLOSED teleblend accounts tonight to find that they have billed me for the month of September. This is after they agreed to refund in FULL my July and Aug charges on the two NON-WORKING teleblend supported phone lines. Of course, I never received any conformation that the refunds were actually processed but nothing at teleblend moves quickly.

I have moved back to Verizon copper after one teleblend line was inoperative for 40 days and the other for 52 days...

Also, you better check your bills as the charge for each account jumped from $15.71 to $22.19. I believe that teleblend agreed to keep your charges set to around $12.xx until you Sunrocket contract expired and then it was to jump to around $19.xx. My Sunrocket contract was not due to expire on each of my accounts until December......... They seemed to have jumped the gun but with so many customers bailing, they probably need the money...

I logged two new calls for refunds after being on hold for 40+ minutes and will call their billing department again tomorrow and also my credit card company.....

Same here. There are so many posts about this that I'm wondering if ANYBODY that cancelled was actually cancelled. They better get on those credits soon before the charge backs and associated fee's knock this company on it's rear.

They could have avoided all this by just providing the service the advertised...

Dirty B***ers they tried the same trick with me. What a joke of a business company they make me miss Sunrocket.

I had two accounts with TB. After I canceled, I was charged for another month of service on one account. Also, the refunds I received last month due to a lack of service were added to the invoices of each account. In addition, a "Loyalty Discount" of $6.48 was added to the bill on one account.

When I called I was told that someone would call back in a couple of hours. Obviously, nobody called. I disputed the charge with AMEX.

Can you check your statement to see what part of your bill was increased? Was it the recurring charges ($12.95) or the taxes and fees?

The additional charge was a Loyalty Discount which added $6.48 to the overall bill. Bottom line, the bill should not have changed until December.....

Just got the "please stay, we'll give you $1.30 to stay if you cancel your port" letter.

Since I ported out by August 9, and today is September 25, I thought this was crap. I was about to reply, but then I read the whole note

Your cancellation request will be canceled and your next bill will reflect a 10% discount. If your account has already been closed, it will be reactivated and billing will resume. If you do not wish to take advantage of this offer, please do not reply to this email. Replying to this email will automatically reactivate your account and resume billing.
Tell them what you think of them and they drag you back in without any more notice.

Stanky buggers.

I just got refunded for the month of september (I cancelled on 8/14 but was still getting billed). I was expecting a refund of august as well since the service hardly ever worked, but at this point I don't feel like calling anymore. Just happy to be rid of them without having to dispute the charges.

Same here, but I think I'm going to do a chargeback. I've ask for refunds at least twice, but no refund to date.
